Actually, some plant species do have seed pods - or "siliques" as I like to call them - that resemble a philips cross-head. Normally this is to be found on seed pods that are dehiscent in nature such as Cardamine hirsuta (L.)

Anyway, I'm off to try and find some friends.

Erm ... you don't like botany do you??
